I wonder if CLT/CATS has bothered to look into how other cities manage their transit systems? When I lived in Minneapolis, I used their bus/light rail system all the time - everything ran on 15 min intervals, was on time, and was a super easy option for commuting into and around both Mpls and St. Paul. If other cities are managing successfully - what is CLT missing?
